Dental Insurance
Dental coverage is available to groups of 2 or more. Plan benefits vary from a low of $750 max per person per year to a high of $2000 max per person per year.
- Preventative Care — usually covered at 100% with no deductible, includes: bi-annual cleanings, fluoride treatments and x-rays.
- Basic Coverage — subject to a small deductible and 20% co-payment by the insured, usually covers fillings, anesthesia, oral surgery and endodontics.
- Major services — insured pays a small deductible and 50% of the costs, the plan pays the balance. Services include crowns, dentures, bridgework and restorations.
